Ben Shenoy is a lapsed electronic engineer, a recovering management consultant and a social psychologist. He decodes how behavioural science can diagnose enterprise dilemmas relating to strategy, organization & leadership in volatile, complex & ambiguous environments.
Ben is Director of the Business Insights Lab at the University of Surrey’s Centre for the Digital Economy, and a Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics and Duke Corporate Education. He holds a PhD in Organizational Behaviour & Social Psychology from Harvard Business School.
Ben has taught executive courses on the topics of leadership, organizational change, senior teams, decision-making, innovation & communication at Harvard University, the LSE and Duke Corporate Education. Organizations he has advised include the BBC, BP, Cisco, E.ON, General Dynamics, McCann-Erickson, NATO, Pearson, Reed Elsevier, Unilever and Virgin Media.
His first book, Strategic Decision Making: A discovery-led approach to critical choices in turbulent times, will be published early in 2017.
